“I have always said that my job as a therapist is to reflect back to my clients what they are putting out to the universe. Our insecurities, mood dysregulation, relationship difficulties, and the way we see ourselves affects our everyday living. I want to help you be your best self, find contentment and happiness, and be able to navigate challenging feelings throughout your life.”
At Clear Reflections Therapy, Emily treats the following issues and disorders:
- Life changes/Adjustment
- Adolescent Issues
- Relationship Difficulties
- Adoption/Attachment Issues
- Bipolar Disorder
- Autism (level 1)
- Bullying (both the bully and the bullied)
- Emerging Personality Disorders

Emily is a “systems thinker” and typically takes an experiential family therapy approach, whether working with individuals or families. What does this mean? Emily creates an environment in therapy where clients can feel in-the-moment emotion and move through the change process in that emotion.
Emily is trained in systems theory, DBT (Dialectial Behavioral Therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy), sand tray, and several other systemic theories.
